Remove heater from the housing

Unscrew bolt (3) and remove cover (2) with gasket (1)

Installation: Check gasket (1) for damage and replace if necessary.

Unlock 14-pin plug (18) and disconnect from auxiliary heater control unit (17)

Detach trim parts (4, 5, 6, 9)

Disconnect plug of flame sensor and overheating sensor (19, 20) from auxiliary heater control unit (17)

Detach combustion air blower and hot air blower (15) from heat exchanger (8)

Remove gasket (14)

Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Replace gasket (14).

Remove cover plate (12)

10

Remove sealing washer (10) and sealing ring (11)

Installation: Replace sealing washer (10) and sealing ring (11).

11

Install in the reverse order
