Removal, installation

Danger!

Fuel vapors present an explosion hazard. Combustion gases are toxic when inhaled. Heater can cause severe burns during and after operation

Do not start up or operate stationary heaters or engines with heater boosters in closed rooms or in the vicinity of service stations. Allow heater to cool off after operation and wear protective gloves.

Fire, open lights and smoking prohibited.

Remove heater from housing

Installation: Check flange gasket (15) for damage, replace if necessary.

Remove cover (2) together with gasket (3)

Installation: Check gasket for damage, replace, if necessary.

Remove covering parts (4, 12, 13, 14)

Disconnect electrical connectors on flame sensor (11)

Installation: Ensure that cable is routed correctly.

Remove retaining spring (10)

Installation: Replace retaining spring.
Install retaining spring with suitable screwdrivers (arrows).

Remove flame sensor (11)

Install in opposite order
