Remove/install

Danger!

Risk of explosion from fuel vapors, risk of poisoning from inhaling combustion gases and risk of injury from burns during and after operation of heater unit.

Do not operate stationary heater, auxiliary heater or engine with heater booster in closed areas or when refueling. Allow heater unit to cool down after operation and wear protective gloves.

Remove bench

Disconnect electrical connectors (1; 2)

Detach fastening clamp (13) for exhaust pipe (5)

Danger!

Risk of explosion if ignition takes place, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.

No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Release hose clamp (6) and disconnect fuel line (8)

Collect fuel which flows out

Detach fastening clamp (14) for intake hose (4)

Unscrew fastening nuts (10) for heater (3), remove washers (9)

Lift out heater (3)

Remove gasket (7)

Installation: Replace gasket

Clean sealing surface

Install in the reverse order
