Remove/install

Discharge air conditioning system.

Raise vehicle.

Remove the front engine compartment paneling.

Unclip oil line (9) from bracket (4) and turn bracket (4) to one side.

Remove screw (5).

 Bolt, fluid reservoir to condenser

Remove screw (2) and take off retaining plate (3).

 Bolt, refrigerant reservoir to refrigerant line for condenser

Unclip refrigerant reservoir (1) from air duct segment (7) and detach from refrigerant lines (6).

 Installation: Replace fluid reservoir (1).

Seal openings on refrigerant lines (6) with suitable stop plugs.



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Installation: Replace sealing rings (8) and coat with compressor oil.

Remove bracket (4).

Install in the reverse order.
