Drain air conditioning system

Installation: Evacuate air conditioning and then fill it.

Disconnect air conditioning service unit

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Raise vehicle using the vehicle lift and remove underfloor paneling

Carefully pull front CBS (5) forwards and remove screw (6)

Screw a suitable screw (9) into the cover (7)

Push cover (7) with screw/bolt (9) upwards until retaining ring (8) is relieved

Remove circlip (8) and remove cover (7) from below

Gently push front module towards the rear and withdraw desiccant cartridge (4) downwards from condenser

Installation: Install a new desiccant cartridge (4).

Install in the reverse order
