Remove and install connections from and to front of heater housing
Remove and install connections from and to front of heater housing

Removal

1 Loosen hose clamps (1) and remove water hoses (2) from heater housing.

2 Unscrew screws (3) and remove connector from refrigerant lines (4).

Remove and install connections from and to front of heater housing
Remove and install connections from and to front of heater housing

Attaching

3 Install refrigerant line (4) connector and check for proper seat.

Do not cant connections!

Replace O-rings.

4 Tighten screws (3) alternately, .

5 install water hoses (2) and tighten hose clamps (1).

The screwed connections of the hose clamps should be on the right looking toward the front of the vehicle.
