Transfer basic data from overhead control panel control unit (N70) to STAR DIAGNOSIS

When installing new overhead control panel control unit (N70).

Installation: Transfer buffered basic data to the new overhead control panel control unit (N70).

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory

Open soft top

Remove transmitter key from electronic ignition switch control unit

Unclip top paneling (1) and remove

Remove bolt (2)

Remove the overhead control panel control unit (N70)

Installation: Excess pressure and tensile stress on the roof switch will damage the overhead control panel control unit (N70)

Disconnect connectors from overhead control panel control unit (N70)

Install in the reverse order

Read out fault memory, erase if necessary

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
