Check play on door lock connecting rod

1 Move connecting rod (1) to bottom dead center by actuating the sliding door operation button once.

2 Arrest door lock in second catch position

3 Check dimension "a" by visual inspection

Dimension "a" must be approx.
0.5 mm.

Adjust play on door lock connecting rod

4 Unscrew bolts (2) as well as nuts (3) and pivot right sliding door CL motor (M14/27m1) to side with detachable parts.

Do not allow right sliding door CL motor (M14/27m1) to hang down with detachable parts. Otherwise the electrical lines can be damaged.

5 Loosen bolts (4) and adjust play.

Play can only be adjusted by eye. Dimension "a" must be approx.
0.5 mm.

6 Secure bolts (4) and tighten.

7 Check door lock for proper function

8 Install right sliding door CL motor (M14/27m1) with detachable pars and lightly tighten bolts (2) as well as nut (3).

9 Arrest sliding door (5) in first catch position of door lock (6) and check adjustment of door lock (6).

Adjust door lock (6) so that a minimum gap is present between the sliding door (5) and the frame profile (7) in the first catch position and flashing is not confirmed when the remote control is actuated. Ensure that it is aligned horizontally. The striker pin in the sliding door (5) should run into the door lock (6) in the center

10 Adjust door lock (6).

Adjust door lock (6) so that a minimum gap is present between the sliding door (5) and the frame profile (7) in the first catch position and flashing is not confirmed when the remote control is actuated.
Ensure that it is aligned horizontally The striker pin in the sliding door (5) should run into the door lock (6) in the center

11 Tighten nut (2) and bolts (3).
