Put down left or right seat cushion of rear bench seat

 See Operator's Manual

Unscrew bolt (2) and remove belt end fitting (3)



Fold over left or right rear seat backrest

Open liftgate

5.1

Remove luggage compartment roller shutter cover.

For vehicles with code (723) luggage compartment cover

 See Operator's Manual

Unclip luggage compartment lining (4) in front area (arrow) from side paneling (5) with assembly wedge.



Unclip luggage compartment paneling (4) in front area from C-pillar paneling (1) and pull out until expansion clip (6) is accessible



Remove expansion clip (6)

 Installation: Replace damaged expansion clip (6).

Unclip C-pillar paneling (1) from retaining tabs (7) and clips (8) from C-pillar

 Installation: Replace damaged clips (8).
Ensure that shackles (10) on C-pillar paneling (1) are seated correctly on headliner (11).

Guide belt end fitting (3) through C-pillar paneling (1) and remove C-pillar paneling (1)

Install in the reverse order

Position rear wall seal (9) with assembly wedge on C-pillar paneling (1) and luggage compartment lining (4)


