1 Remove remaining adhesive material from partition wall (4), floor panel (5) and cab.
Max. 0.2 mm of the old adhesive material may remain.
2 Deburr corner pillar (3).
3 Transfer dimension from body to new part (7).
4 Cut new part (7) to side, fit in combination with new retainer profile for guide and deburr.
5 Connect sheet metal panels (1, 2) using rivets (8) with corner pillar (3).
Fabricate sheet metal panels (1, 2) from remaining new part (7). Fabricate sheet metal panel (1) approx.20 mm wide and approx.80 mm long and sheet metal panel (2) approx.40 mm wide and approx.80 mm long
6 Slide on new part (7), align and drill rivet holes (6).
7 Drill corresponding rivet holes (9) in repair area.
8 Remove new part (7)
9 Clean bonding area of new part (7), partition wall (4), floor panel (5), cab as well as sheet metal panels (1, 2) and apply primer.
