1 Apply white sealing adhesive (16) to rear profile rail (7).
2 Slide side wall (1) as far as possible to markings (2) into adjacent frame profiles (3) with aid of helper and press rear profile rail (7) against floor panel (10).
3 Align bracket (11) on carrier (18) as well as rear profile rail (7) and set all four rivets (17) from rear.
Helper required to hold side wall (1).
4 Connect rear profile rail (7), floor panel (10) and bracket (11) with three pan head screws (9) with nuts and spring lock washers.

5 Apply white sealing adhesive (16) to front profile rail (8).
6 Slide front profile (8) from wheelhouse cutout to side wall (1) as well as floor panel (10) and align.
Observe markings for insertion depth and immediately remove white sealing adhesive (16) squeezed out.
7 Connect front profile rail (8) and floor panel (10) with free standing pan head screw (12), spring lock washer and nut.
If necessary. drill hole for pan head screw (12) into front profile rail (8).
8 Drill rivet holes for front profile rail (8) in interior compartment into side wall and set rivets (14).
Adjust drilling depth to 10 mm.

9 Drill rivet holes on adjacent frame profile (3) into side wall (1) and set rivets (4, 5).
Adjust drilling depth to 10 mm.

10 Align reinforcing bracket (24) on frame profile and front profile rail (8), set rivets (26) and tighten pan head screws (20).
Hold nuts (27).
11 Replace rivets (25) with pan head screws with spring lock washers as well as nuts and tighten.
If applicable, drill holes for pan head screws in front profile rail (8) and rear profile rail (7).
Insert pan head screws from top.
12 Tighten bolts (21).
13 Route electrical line (23) along front profile rail (8) as well as floor panel and fasten brackets (22).
14 Mask front profile rail (8) as well as rear profile rail (7) at outside and caulk with broom yellow sealing adhesive.
15 Remove visible residues of broom yellow sealing adhesive, masking tape and protective foil from side wall (1).
