Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.

Disconnect electrical connector on washer fluid reservoir, detach washer fluid reservoir and place to one side with lines connected

Pull air intake pipe (5) on front module (6) upwards and pull out of the air filter housing (4)

Suction off hydraulic fluid from the expansion reservoir (1)



Disconnect hydraulic hose (3) with clamp and disconnect at expansion reservoir (1)

 Seal connector on expansion reservoir (1) using a suitable stop plug.



Unscrew bolts (7) from expansion reservoir (1)



Detach clamp (2)

Detach expansion reservoir (1) from power steering pump (8)

 Collect escaping hydraulic fluid and seal connector on power steering pump (8) using a suitable stop plug.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring on power steering pump (8).



Install in the reverse order

Fill and bleed expansion reservoir (1) and power steering pump (8)
