A Check

1 Determine the maximum deflection play of the actuator rod (a) at the height of the hooking up point (6). If the specified value is exceeded, replace bearing bushings (5) 

B Remove/install lever

2 Detach retainer (1).

3 Unscrew nut (4).

4 Detach lever (3).

Shown on model 903 / WD2YD141

5 Detach spring (2).

6 Remove, replace bearing bushings (5).

 Installation: grease bearing bushings with long-life grease.

7 Install in the reverse order.
