	Specifications for control unit	It is essential to observe all notes and instructions of the accompanying information for control unit
1	Detach cap (4) from ABS/ESP control unit (A2)
2	Unlock and detach clutch (3) on ABS/ESP control unit (A2)
3	Unscrew bolts (5) at control unit		*BA42.45-N-1002-01A
		 Installation: Replace bolts (5). Tightening procedure must be followed when inserting and tightening bolts.
4	Detach ABS/ESP control unit (A2) forwards off hydraulic assembly (1)	 Installation: Sealing surface on hydraulic assembly must be free of dust, grease and dirt.
5	Install in the reverse order
6	Perform quick test	 STAR DIAGNOSIS
7	Parameterize ABS/ESP control unit (A2)	 STAR DIAGNOSIS Menu item: Control unit adaptations
8	Carry out road test	 STAR DIAGNOSIS Menu item: Actuation  Road test
