Testing

Inspect vehicle level at front and rear axle and set.

Inspect oil level of level control.

If necessary adjust to correct level

Fit measuring device (02) onto the input shaft. Pull down rear of vehicle to the specified control point (simulate laden vehicle).

Adjusting

Insert 4 mm drift (015) through the hole (arrow) in the adjusting lever of the level control, withdraw.

If setting is correct, the drift (015) can be inserted into the hole in the level control.

Setting of connecting rod faulty .

Slacken setting device of connecting rod (3a). Fix adjusting lever of level control (15) with 4 mm drift (015) inserted through the hole (arrow). Tighten adjusting device of connecting rod in this position.
