Install the actuation flange (1).

Install a new collar nut (2).

Install the  locking key in the actuation flange (1), and tighten the collar nut (2).  e .  .

 Do not use a pneumatic device to tighten the collar nut (2) as this can damage the tapered roller bearings.

Cut the nut locking lip at the locking groove region, bending the lock up to the bottom of the groove, in such a manner that the lock contacts the left side of the groove.
