Switch on ignition.

Start diagnostic system.

Then select Industrial engines  Control unit direct access  FR drive control  Control unit adaptations  Parameterization  Vehicle parameters  NOx torque limitation and parameter 043.008.

Select and confirm corresponding value in menu.

A 4­digit random number, 8­digit ID code and the calculation type XT are shown in the vehicle diagnosis system.

Enter the 4­digit random number, 8­digit ID code and calculation type XT in the VeDoc screen 1801.

Once the data have been input, VeDoc outputs a 12­digit encrypted random number.

Enter 12­digit encrypted random number in vehicle diagnosis system.

Switch off ignition.

Disconnect diagnostic system.
