Remove the counter shaft (4) from the support

 Mounting plate

Remove the constant gear (1)

Remove the 6th gear (2)

5

Remove the 4th/ 3rd speed gear (3)

Remove the retaining ring (6)

Remove the internal ring from the bearing (5)

Assemble

 Warning

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.

Heat the bearing internal ring (5) up to 80° C and assemble it

Assemble the safety lock (6)

Heat the 4th /3rd speed gear (3) up to 180° C and assemble it

Heat the 6th speed gear (2) up to 180° C and assemble it

12

Heat the constant gear (1) up to 180° C and assemble it

13

Put the counter shaft (4) on the support

 Mounting plate
