Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Bleeding

Unscrew cap from brake fluid reservoir.

Connect filling and bleeding unit to brake fluid reservoir.



 Follow the operating instructions from the manufacturer and observe the ventilation pressure.

Raise vehicle.

Remove cover (1) and dust cap (2).

Open vent screw (3) on central clutch release bearing using socket wrench and drain off brake fluid.

 Brake fluid must emerge clean and free of bubbles. Collect brake fluid in a suitable container.

Close bleed screw (3).

Install dust cap (2) and cover (1).

Lower vehicle.

Disconnect filling and bleeding unit from brake fluid reservoir.



Collect drops of brake fluid using suitable means.
Otherwise, the paint may be damaged.

 Observe manufacturer's operating instructions.

Check brake fluid level in brake fluid reservoir and correct if necessary.



Seal brake fluid reservoir using cap.



 Warning

Risk of burn injuries, suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.

Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the hazard area.
