Remove/install

Drain coolant from radiator

Remove left intake air duct

Remove/install air filter housing

Remove bolts from fastening shackles (3) on fan shroud (1)

Disconnect electrical connectors on suction fan

Remove expansion reservoir coolant line on coolant line (thermostat housing to engine radiator)

Remove coolant line (2) at the bottom right on engine radiator

Pry off clamps above at fan shroud (1)

Take out fan shroud (1)

Installation: Lead retainer tabs (4) for fan shroud (1) into retaining lugs on engine radiator.

Install in the reverse order
