Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. 2 | Remove the chassis acoustic encapsulation top at left and right sides | ||
3 | Drain the coolant at the radiator (1) |

Installation: Return cab to its original position only after tightness test. | |||
4 | Remove the coolant hose (3) at the radiator (1) | Remove the cable's clip. | |
5 | Remove the coolant hose (4) at the radiator (1) and separate the coolant hose (5) | Collect the drained coolant. | |
6 | Tie the coolant hoses (3, 5) to the engine | Collect the drained coolant. | |
7 | Separate the coolant hose (6) from the radiator (1) | ||
8 | Remove the cables' clamp (7) from the coolant hose (6) at the fan's cover (2) | ||
9 | Unlock the fan cover (2) at both upper supports (arrow A), remove and lift up the bottom supports (arrow B) | Installation: Firstly insert new cable clips (7) for coolant hose fastening (6) at the fan's cover (2) and afterwards install it at the fan's cover (2). | |
10 | Install in reverse order |
