 Pay attention to the differing diameters and lengths of the bolts (1 to 12).

 Bolts (1 to 8) M728

 Bolts (9 to 11) M875

 Bolt (12) M8110

Removal

1 Unclip (arrow) electrical line at the coolant pump (A)

2 Unscrew bolts (1 to 12).

 Installation: Screw in bolts (1 to 12) in the numerically ascending order. Observe tightening torque.

3 Remove the coolant pump (A) from the timing case cover.

 Installation: Install new gasket

4 Install in the reverse order.
