Remove/install air shutoff valve

Remove/install

Remove air filter housing

 When removing left air shutoff valve (5).

Detach vacuum line (4) and air hose (2) on right air shutoff valve (1) or on left air shutoff valve (5)

 Do not use and sharp-tipped or sharp-edged tools for detaching; the vacuum line (4) or the air hose (2) can get damaged.



Checking

Check vacuum line (4) and air hose (2) for damage

 Replace vacuum line (4) or air hose (2) if necessary.

Remove bolts (3) on right air shutoff valve (1) or on left air shutoff valve (5)



Remove right air shutoff valve (1) or on left air shutoff valve (5)

 Installation: Replace seal.

Install in the reverse order
