Lock poly-V-belt tensioning device (2)

Swivel poly-V-belt tensioning device (2) at hexagon (2a) in an anti-clockwise direction (arrow) and lock in place using drift (4).

Remove bolts (3) and poly-V-belt tensioning device (2)

Unclamp poly-V-belt tensioning device (2)

When replacing the poly V-belt tensioning device (2)

Clamp poly-V-belt tensioning device (2) in a vise, swivel at hexagon (2a) in an anti-clockwise direction (arrow), pull out drift (4) and slacken poly-V-belt tensioning device (2).

Installation: The poly-V-belt tensioning device (2) can only be installed when locked.
