4 Tensioner pulley

	Removing
1	Remove fan shroud (1)	Model 170 only	AR20.40-P-6800GS
2	Slacken poly-V belt (2)	 To do so swivel the tensioning arm (3) with tensioner pulley (4) on the stud bolt (5, outer Torx E10) in anti-clockwise direction  Do not swivel tensioning arm (3) on nut of tensioning arm fastening.

3	Remove poly-V belt (2)
	Checking
4	Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device for damage and dirt.
5	Inspect the poly-V belt (2)	 Replace the poly-V belt (2) if necessary.
	Check visible area of poly-V belt for wear		AP13.22-P-1352Z
	Install
6	Fit on poly-V belt (2), then clamp	Do not use belt wax or any similar products.
		Begin in numerical order of the relevant running diagram with the tensioner pulley 

		Poly-V belt dimensions	*BE13.21-P-1001-01A
		 The position mark (B) which can be seen from the underside of the engine must be within the working area (A). If this is not the case, check the length of the poly-V belt and clamping device
