Operation step 6 to 10

 	Remove/install

 Danger!	Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted	Ensure that no one is within tilting range of cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt cab all the way to end position and secure with safety strut.	AS60.80-Z-0001-01A
1	Tilt cab

2	Remove soundproofing upstream of charge air pipe (6)
3	Disconnect electrical connectors (7, 8)
4	Detach wiring harness (9) on charge air pipe (6) and place to one side
5	Detach charge air hose (11) from charge air pipe (6)		*BA09.41-N-1008-01Q
6	Remove screw/bolts (2) on charge air resonator (3) and on bracket (4)		*BA09.41-N-1007-01Q
7	Loosen clamps on hose (5)
	Remove screw/bolts for charge air pipe (6) on mixing chamber (1) and on bracket (4)	 Installation: Install charge air pipe (6) free of tension. Loosen bracket (4) on crankcase if necessary.

8	Unfasten charge air pipe (6) from hose (5) and remove together with charge air resonator (3)
9	Remove sealing ring from charge air pipe (6)	 Installation: Place new sealing ring on charge air pipe (6).
10	Remove pressure differential measuring pipe (10) from charge air pipe (6)	 Only if charge air pipe (6) is replaced.
		 Installation: Attach pressure differential measuring pipe (10) with a new O-ring.

11	Install in the reverse order
