1 | Loosen hose clamp (11) and remove air intake hose (2) on charge air manifold upper section (1) | ||
2 | Detach vacuum line (9) | ||
3 | Unscrew bolt (3). | ||
4 | Unscrew bolt (4) | Installation: Install new self-locking bolt (4) | |
5 | Remove bolts (5) | ||
6 | Unscrew nuts (10) and detach EGR valve (6) | Installation: Replace seal (7). | |
7 | Remove bolts (12) on charge air manifold upper section (1) and remove charge air manifold upper section (1) | Installation: Observe tightening procedure so that no distortion of the charge air manifold upper section (1) occurs. Check seals (8), replace if necessary. | |
