Keep all ignition sources out of hazard area.

Do not carry out any work on system when it is pressurized.

Remove fuel hose (2)

Installation: Replace clamp on fuel hose (2).

Remove bolts (3)

Installation: Position bracket (4) on carrier (9).

Remove bolts (5) and place bracket (6) to one side

Place fuel filter with water separator (7) with attached lines to one side

Remove screws/bolts (8) and remove carrier (9)

Loosen hose clamp (11)

Installation: Check hose clamp (11) for damage; replace if necessary.

Remove bolts (10)

Detach charge air manifold (1) upwards from charge air hose (12) and remove

Installation: Check charge air hose (12) for damage; replace if necessary.

Replace seals (13) on charge air manifold (1).

Install in the reverse order

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Carry out engine test run and check engine for leaks in the area of the fuel filter with water separator (7)
