Detach boost air hose from intake connection, cut open cable straps and remove boost air hose.

2 Pull vacuum pipe (arrow) off exhaust gas recirculation valve.

3 Slacken securing clips of corrugated pipe at EGR valve and exhaust manifold (arrows).
D09.20-0005-01
4 Take off intake connection fitting at intake manifold (arrows) and take out complete with EGR valve.
Install in the reverse order
