1 | Detach coolant expansion reservoir and place to the side with coolant lines connected | ||
2 | Separate plug connection of intake air temperature sensor (2) | ||
3 | Swivel locking lever (5) at intake module first of all to the side, and then down (arrows)) | ||
4 | Slacken hose clamp (3) at turbocharger | Installation: Inspect hose clamp, replace if necessary. | |
5 | Detach air intake pipe (1) at turbocharger and at vent hose (4) and lift up and out | Installation: Grease vent hose (4) at connection fitting to facilitate installation and push onto intake module (arrow) only after fitting on the air intake pipe | |
6 | Install in the reverse order |
