1 | Remove charge air pipe (7) from turbocharger to charge air manifold | ||
2 | Disconnect electrical connector (2) on SCR air temperature and air humidity combination sensor (11) | ||
3 | Expose oil filling line (8) on air intake pipe (1) | ||
4 | Detach hose clamps on connector hose (5) and push connector hose (5) upwards over crankcase ventilation (6) line | ||
5 | Detach air intake hose (3) at turbocharger (4) | ||
6 | Detach air intake pipe (1) from turbocharger (4) and remove air intake pipe (1) | Close off turbocharger (4) using a suitable cap | |
7 | Remove air intake hose (3) and SCR air temperature and air humidity combination sensor (11) on air intake pipe (1) | Only when replacing the air intake pipe (1). | |
