2 Expansion reservoir

3 Intake air hose downstream of air filter

4 Turbocharger

5 Screw

6 Oil dipstick guide tube

7 Chain tensioner

Remove/install

Remove bolt (1) and place expansion reservoir (2) to one side

Remove intake air hose downstream of air filter (3) on turbocharger (4)

Remove bolt (5) and carefully press oil dipstick guide tube (6) to the side until the chain tensioner (7) is accessible

With engine 646.984/985/986

Remove chain tensioner (7)

Installation: Replace sealing ring.

Install in the reverse order

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
