1 Rotate the crankshaft at the bolt (1) of the belt pulley (2) until the TDC marking (arrow A) is aligned with the marker edge of the timing case cover.

2 Interlock intake camshaft (3) using retaining pin (4) (arrow B).
The markings (arrows C) of the camshaft sprockets must be opposite each other.
The markings on the intake camshaft (3) and exhaust camshaft must be aligned with the markings on the camshaft bearing caps (arrows D). Rotate the crankshaft by another revolution if necessary.
