Remove EGR vacuum control valve

 Only engines with code KD1 or engines 601.942 with code MS5

Take down the coolant pipe (6) in the dipstick guide pipe

Take off cable straps (arrows)

 Installation: Tie the fuel pipes

Take out the dipstick (1)

Take out screw (2)



Take the dipstick guide tube (3) out of the oilpan (5)

 Installation: Replace the retainer (4)

Check the dipstick and the guide tube

Installation in reverse order

Inspecting
