Remove engine cover

Close off oil filler opening using a suitable cover.
Damage can occur to the engine otherwise through small parts falling in.

Disconnect electrical connection at pressure regulating valve (Y74, Y74/3)

ENGINE 646, 651

This measure prevents injection of fuel while cranking the engine.

Connect up compression recorder (01)

Do not start engine.
