 The vehicle must not be raised at the center longitudinal member, as this may cause serious damage to the frame.

 The vehicle can be raised in two ways.

1 Secure vehicle at rear axle to prevent it rolling away on its own.

2.1 Raise vehicle at both inner lift support points (arrows) simultaneously until front wheels can turn freely.

 Perform if vehicle has to be raised at frame.

2.2 Raise vehicle using a suitable jack (1) at steering knuckle (3) until front wheel can turn freely.

 Place a block of wood (2) between jack (1) and steering knuckle (3). Perform if vehicle has to be raised at steering knuckle (3).
