The cover (1) is fastened using Velcro strips to the roof's interior trim.

Open roof or emergency escape hatch

See Operator's Manual If the seal on the roof or emergency escape hatch is not accessible or only difficult to access then remove the cover of the roof or emergency escape hatch:

Check emergency release of roof or emergency escape hatch from inside

A worn or damaged seal must be replaced.

Treat seal of roof or emergency escape hatch with rubber care product

Treat cable passage (7) on cover of roof or emergency escape hatch using rubber care product
