1 Granulate cartridge

1 | Bleed compressed air drier by filling compressed-air system or by releasing compressed air | By filling compressed-air system: Fill compressed-air system until pressure governor cuts out. | |
By releasing compressed air: Loosen line at connection "1" of compressed air drier, release compressed air and tighten line again. | |||
2 | Remove granulate cartridge (1) | Removed granulate cartridges fall into the category of special waste due to the oil residues they contain, and must be treated the same as oil filters. | |

| Install | ||
3 | Apply a thin coating of grease to seal (arrow) of new granulate cartridge and threaded pin | ||
4 | Screw on granulate cartridge (1) by hand until the seal touches the housing then tighten another half turn. | ||
5 | Pressurize compressed-air drier and check for leaks. | Checking is only possible up to the air governor cut-off point. |
