Remove

1

Apply the parking brake and release lightly the wheel clamping nuts

Lift vehicle and support it on racks located under the rear axle beam

Remove the rear wheels



Remove the rear wheel hub



Disassemble the wheel hub



Check

Clean up and inspect the parts

 Replace worn or damaged parts.

Check the race ring friction surface for wear and, if necessary, replace it



 The race ring should be removed and replaced with a new one whenever it becomes damaged, worn or shows grooves on its friction surface.



Install

Assemble wheel hub



Refuel the hub with grease

Install the rear axle hub



Install the rear wheels



Lower vehicle from rack and tighten wheels security nuts

 Retighten them after traveling the first 50 to 100 km.
