As of mid 2013, the gas cylinder (1) supplier has been changed from MCS to Faber. Gas cylinder replacement parts are only available from Faber.
If it is necessary to replace one or several gas cylinders (1) at the rear (exchange of MCS version to Faber version), two self-adhesive rubber bases (4) per half shell are required on the installed Faber gas cylinder(s) at the retaining frame (3) for mounting the Faber gas cylinders (8 rubber bases (4) in total per gas cylinder (1)). With MCS gas cylinders, only one rubber base (4) is installed per half shell. The bonding surfaces of the half shells on the retaining frame (3) and the rubber bases (4) that have already been glued in must be cleaned free of dirt and grease with universal cleaner before installation.
The gas cylinder manufacturer name is stamped into the gas cylinder (1) and can be read off.
