2 | Separate electrical connectors (2) | ||
Danger! | Risk of injury in the form of trapping or crushing when working on gas-filled telescopic struts | Remove or install gas-filled telescopic struts only when device in stress-relieved position and components are in proper working order and correctly secured. | |
3 | Remove gas pressure struts (3) from engine compartment flap | Support engine compartment flap with helper. | |
4 | Unscrew screws (4) and remove engine compartment flap (1) | ||
5 | Install in the reverse order |
