Position pilot bushing (6) on floating bearing on inside of brake caliper.

Route spindle (T13) with washer (1s) from outside through the floating bearing of the brake caliper and screw on thrust nut (T14) using centering plunger (T16) by hand onto spindle (T13).

 The washer (1s) must be flush fitted to the floating bearing of the brake caliper and the chamfer of the centering plunger (T16) must be centered in the pilot bushing (6).
Otherwise, the pilot bushing (6) and the bearing seat may be damaged.

Press in pilot bushing (6) by screwing-in the thrust nut (T14) up to end stop in brake caliper (arrow), counterhold spindle (T13) while doing so.

Remove tool combination (WK 6.2) from brake caliper and check seat of pilot bushing (6) for ridging, remove ridging with emery cloth if necessary.

Grease installed pilot bushing (6).
