Test values for front wheel alignment
L40.20-0053-01
1 Insert projector (1) in projector bracket (13) of left front wheel.
2 Position projector horizontally and tighten thumb screw (14).

3 Turn front end of wheel 20° outwards. Observe scale of turntable (1).

4 Turn knob (11) with dial (10) until bubble level (3) is at center.

5 Turn front end of wheel 20° inwards. Observe scale of turntable.
6 Turn rotary knob (11) until bubble level (3) is at center.
7 Read off value on dial for caster measurement (10).
8 Perform caster measurement on right front wheel of vehicle in the same way.
The dial for castor measurement is divided into the measuring ranges "Castor plus" and "Castor minus". The measuring range "Caster plus" ranges from 0° to +15° . The measuring range "Caster minus" ranges from 0° to -3° . One graduation line on the dial corresponds to 10'.
