Removing

Danger!

Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.

Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Detach hydraulic line from shift cylinder (3)

 Seal the end of the line and threaded connection with plugs.



Disconnect connector of electrical connection on shift cylinder

Remove shift cylinder (3)



Install

Loosen pressure switch on shift cylinder (3) and tighten again

 Pressure switch to shift cylinder (initial torque)

Install and adjust shift cylinder (3)

 Bolt, shift cylinder to rear axle beam

Tighten pressure switch

 Pressure switch to shift cylinder (final torque)
