1 Screw

2 Expansion reservoir

3 Intake air hose downstream of air filter

4 Turbocharger

5 Screw

6 Oil dipstick guide tube

7 Chain tensioner

 	Remove/install
1	Remove bolt (1) and place expansion reservoir (2) to one side
2	Remove intake air hose downstream of air filter (3) on turbocharger (4)
3	Remove bolt (5) and carefully press oil dipstick guide tube (6) to the side until the chain tensioner (7) is accessible	With engine 646.984/985/986
4	Remove chain tensioner (7)	 Installation: Replace sealing ring.

5	Install in the reverse order
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 6	Perform engine test run and check engine for leaks in the area of the chain tensioner (7)
