1 Unscrew the oil filter cover (1) of the oil filter using the  socket wrench insert and pull out of the oil filter housing together with the oil filter element (3) attached.

 Allow the engine oil to flow out of the oil filter housing. Ensure that no foreign matter gets into the oil filter housing. Never wipe out the oil filter housing.

2 Unclip oil filter element (3) on oil filter cover (1).

3 Replace sealing ring (2).

 Grease the new seal ring (2) lightly before installation.

4 Insert new oil filter element (3) into the oil filter cover (1).

5 Insert the oil filter cover (1) with the new oil filter element (3) into the oil filter housing and tighten, .
