4150 - Drive shafts Checking joints and sliding pieces for play and wear Transporter T1, T2

 Move universal joints in both directions of the spider and in the turning direction of the drive shaft to and fro.
The bearings must not be worn out. Slight play is permissible.

 Push drive shaft in the area of the sliding piece upwards several times and move to and fro in the direction of rotation.
The sliding piece must not be worn. Slight play is permissible.

 Ensure that seals of the universal joint bearings and the sliding piece are not damaged.
