Remove/install

Press the cabin front lid lock (1) and lift the cabin front lid

Support the cabin front lid with stay rod(2)

Remove front grill cover (3)

Install front grill cover

Remove cabin RHS and LHS side grill cover (4) by removing seven mounting screw (5)

Install cabin LHS side grill cover

Remove LHS and RHS front lid bracket (6) from front wiper handle

Install LHS and RHS front lid bracket

Remove LHS and RHS wiper handle cap (7) from windshield cover

Remove LHS and RHS wiper handle (8) from windshield cover

Install LHS and RHS wiper handle

Remove wiper nozzle joint hose seating cap (9) and wiper arm linkage seating cap from the windshield cover

Remove windshield cover (10) from cabin front wall

Install windshield cover to cabin front wall

Remove windscreen washer tank (13)

Remove junction box cover (14)

Disconnect chassis connectors X6.1 (15), X6.2 (16) and X6.3 (17) from the junction box (18)

Remove Dashboard Wiring Harness

Remove/install instrument panel electrical wiring harness

Remove the LHS lower trim (19)

Disconnect the following control unit connectors A3.4 (20), A3.3.1 (21), A3.2 (22)and A3.1 (23) of FR controller

Installation: Care should be taken while connecting the connectors as it may lead short circuits if not properly connected at the right place.

Mark or tag the electrical connectors for identification during refitment.

Remove FR controller (24) from its bracket

Installation: If FR controller is being replaced, refer Diagnostics manual for calibration.

Release fuse box bracket lock (3Nos) and remove fuse box bracket (25)

Install fuse box bracket

Remove cabin centre bracket outer mounting bolts (26) from cabin exterior

Install cabin centre bracket outer mounting bolts to cabin exterior

Remove cabin centre bracket from cabin inside

Detach cabin centre bracket (27) from cabin

Remove cabin centre bracket structure bracket from cabin

Install cabin centre bracket structure bracket to cabin

Install junction box wiring harness bracket
