This Bulletin provides information on requirements when returning SCR AdBlue components to the QEC. Components replaced under warranty require paperwork as indicated below.
Note: Failure to comply with requirements provided in this bulletin will result in automatic claim debiting.
Paperwork is required when returning the following components:
AdBlue Tank
AdBlue Metering Valve / Injector
AdBlue heated lines
AdBlue Pump
SCR Control Module
NOx Sensors
SCR Catalytic Converter
Oxidation Catalytic Converter
Required paperwork that needs to be submitted with the above components:
Control Unit Log
SDS Short Test
DTC Fault Codes printouts and corresponding Freeze Frame Data
SDS Screen shots of Guided Test if applicable
