Using a bench vise, immobilize base (3) of the connector e loosen the upper part (1) of the valve (17 mm hexagon head).
Do not apply torque on the intermediate 13 mm hexagon head (2). Otherwise the torque applied on this hexagon head may damage the connector's internal thread, making the removal impossible.

Remove the plugged filter with the help of a rod, inserting it on the bottom part.

Fit a new filter inserting it on the upper part.

Close the set still on the bench vise applying the specified torque. Engine 924.9, 926.9 Engine 457.9, 460.984

Position the O-ring carefully. Ensure the correct connector fitting to prevent it from getting loose, as shown in the figure. The wrong positioning will cause leaking on the receptacle, which will damage the pump.
